We explore how the profit-driven algorithmic “Simulation” of modern social media hijacks attention, corrodes trust, and weakens democracy — and what we can do about it.

We turn that research and analysis into concrete tactics and recommendations that put human agency ahead of doomscrolling and engagement bait.
